Background Spondyloarthritis (SpA) is a group of chronic inflammatory rheumatic diseases characterized by enthesis involvement. SpA can be associated with extra-articular manifestations, in particular Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) Objectives The objective the study to compare clinical and paraclinical characteristics population patients spondyloarthritis IBD without IBD. Methods Retrospective conducted Rheumatology Department, including followed up for between 2004 2021. Results Our involved 333 SpA. he averages age was 40.5 years. Men constituted 54.1%.
